  • Intake Session: $150

    Regularly Scheduled Session: $115

    I do not work in network with any insurance provider. You may choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance, but I will not contact insurance on your behalf.

  • Therapy for young adults looks different for everyone. Frequency will be dependent on each indvidual situation. Recommended frequency of sessions will be discussed during first session.

  • Yes, I offer sessions morning, afternoon, and evening. Each session runs for 45 minutes.

  • Online therapy means there is always a Minnesota therapist near you no matter where you are. Online appointments allow you to attend your therapy session from any place you have privacy. Online therapy allows you to see an anxiety therapist without the drive time or scheduling hassles. Even in those dreadful Minnesota winters you will have access to anxiety treatment.
